What Is Inside?

A 12-Week Program of progressive workouts

divided into phases with 4 workouts of 30-45 minutes per week

Phase 1

The program starts with 2 weeks of 6 shorter workouts (20 minutes or less). The hip rotation day will show you how well you can externally and internally rotate your hips. We always provide structure and options to further customize the program to your individual needs. The first two weeks allow you to learn and nail the basics ensuring you are ready for the progressions of the next phase.

Phase 2

The next phase is 6 weeks and focuses on the spine, hip rotation, and shoulder rotation. The 3 main workouts are 45- 60 minutes long. For those who are limited on time, crushing these 3 days alone will give you phenomenal results.

There are 3 additional workouts included in this phase. They focus on the knee down, core and ribcage, or hips and pelvis.

Phase 3

This phase advances on previous concepts allowing you to load things up and focus on finer details. 
The follow-up days are also built off of the last phase allowing you to customize your week specifically for your schedule and needs.

The Elite Video Membership consists of classes in which you will be able to follow along. The EVM and our class-based programs are delivered through a web browser. The Kettle Bell Level 1 Program is offered through an app on your phone that integrates a calendar and is broken up into individual exercises.
