The first phase is designed to get your foundation down. We want to help you change your habits to ensure long-term gains ASAP.
To start, we want to recognize and stop using our neck muscles to breathe. Next, we want you to understand and feel how powerful the jaw, tongue, neck, and eyes will be during your exercises. Lastly, we will teach you the difference between a quality exhale and a crunch.
Our second phase is all about locking in the basics with strength, breathing, and movement. When done well these classic exercises should be sneaky hard.
We also work on getting the neck moving in all directions.
We will highlight the basics of challenging your core face up, on your side, and face down. All of these provide a unique challenge.
For our third phase, we will be progressing everything we have already accomplished.
You should start to see autopilot changes at this point. Autopilot changes meaning you inhale more effortlessly, your jaw is more relaxed, you are less stiff in the morning, etc.
One of the major focuses in phase 3 is starting to get air higher in the ribcage, especially the chest.
For the final phase, the quick sessions should feel more like a workout, We continue to build on what we’ve been working on so far. Details matter and we want you to really get the exercises done right.

Yes. With only 15 minutes per “work out”, the program is meant as a supplemental program. We encourage you to include strength and mobility in your week.

There are some short routines, but the program consists mostly of short instructional videos for each exercise that we program.
The Elite Video Membership consists of classes in which you will be able to follow along. The EVM and our class-based programs are delivered through a web browser. The Core Breathing Program is offered through an app on your phone that integrates a calendar and is broken up into individual exercises.
