Ian Markow started his fitness career at Crunch Gyms in NYC. He then began working at the fitness center of Goldman Sachs where he learned how to manage his credit score as well as progressing his craft. The next step was with DPT Fabian Garcia where Ian began assisting at his clinic and doubling as a human sponge for knowledge. Ian then teamed up with his brother Alex to create MTS and develop their educational courses.

Now based out of Delray Beach, FL Ian continues to train clients, teach Kinstretch classes and present fitness workshops. Continuing education plays a huge role in pursuing new models to further refine his system. With Alex on board as creative director we are working hard to provide education content like the Elite Video Membership and Mobility Coach Plus.
